The methodology behind Emotional Marketing will be explained and where and how it can be employed to make marketing communications strategies more effective.   1. Identify emotional drivers that you and your colleagues believe are the top motivating forces behind your brand, product or service.
  2. Put yourself in the shoes of your customers. By doing so you will identify key emotional drivers that are prime motivating factors connecting them to your brand, product or service.
  3. Identify where a mismatch (or not) exists between how you communicate your brand, product or service and the basis on which customers purchase. Using this insight we will help you understand how to maximise your marketing strategies.
What is the format for the workshop?

Your Emotional Marketing Workshop will be a half-day, interactive and hands-on session. Using simple tools and techniques you will learn about emotional drivers and how they can impact on your organisations marketing.
