The first step is to choose which of our Social Media packages suits your business.
We have 5 different packages to choose from, to suit a range of different business sizes.
The package you choose will determine how many Social Media platforms that we manage for you.
We currently offer Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Linkedin, Google + and Pinterest.
If we do not offer a platform that you require or you need a custom package with more than 5 platforms, please do not hesitate to contact us.
This is where you will be introduced to your Account Manager, you will then discuss the strategy for
your Social Media campaign.
During this stage your Account Manager will learn about your business, the tone of voice, content themes
and decide how best to approach the growth and engagement of your platforms.
Working with your Account Manager you will decide upon the best time to launch your new Social Media platforms.
From here on you can think of your Account Manager as one of your own employees,
they will be a phone call away from 8am – 5.30pm daily Monday – Friday
and in constant contact via email with new ideas, updates, monthly reports and analytics
as well as reporting new communication from customers and prospects back to you.

DO YOU OFFER CUSTOM PACKAGES?
YES! We believe that ever client holds a unique business, therefore, if we don’t have a standard package that reflects your business offer, we will tailor one just for your business. Let us know and we will help create this.
AM I LOCKED INTO A LONG TERM CONTRACT?
NO! We feel it’s important to have a rolling contract with all of our clients so that if things aren’t going to plan, you can let us know and we can hand over your platforms. No one wants to be tied into a contract that they are not enjoying or working for them… Besides, we have faith in what we do and we work hard to keep this relationship strong and ongoing.
WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?
We accept bank payments or cheques. We also advice all our clients to set up a Standing Order for the same amount each month, ongoing to help transactions and with ease.
CAN I REVIEW MY POSTS BEFORE THEY GO OUT?
YES of course you can but remember, if you view each post before they go out, this can delay any quick replies, things that are happening now and of course, can be time consuming. We always share ideas and longer posts with our clients to get a sign off but most of the time (and the best way for us to be creative) is to let us work for you, be your go to and take control. Besides, this is what you are paying us to do so that you can go off and do what you love – running your business.
DO YOU GUARANTEE AN INCREASE IN LIKES/FOLLOWERS?
YES of course we guarantee new likes and followers. We wouldn’t be doing our job properly if we didn’t increase these. One thing you need to be aware of is that we don’t buy likes or followers. We will grow your account organically and only follow, like and share with people we know could be interested in your business and become a potential customer.
DO YOU OFFER ADDITIONAL SERVICES?
YES! We offer so much more than just content in Social Media. We love to get creative and engage with visuals, therefore we often design vibrant testimonials, catchy quotes and captions. We also design Ads for boosting post on various platforms, making sure that they are powerful and reach your target audience.
